Data collected: When you submit your contact information, we collect your name and either your phone number or email address. We also store a summary of your conversation to help our agents serve you better.

Session data:Your conversation session is identified by a randomly generated ID stored in your browser's session storage. This ID is cleared when you close the tab. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for fraud prevention — never the raw IP.

Cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

Data sharing: Your contact information and conversation summary are shared only with licensed real estate agents affiliated with our brokerage for the purpose of following up on your inquiry.
